It's easy to learn more about Hawaii International Child and its programs.

Step 1: Simply complete the form to the right to create an account in in HIC's adoption system, MyAdoptionPortal. Once you complete the form, an email will be sent to you to activate your account. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside our agency.

Step 3: After you log in to your MyAdoptionPortal.com account, you will have access to HIC's general information packets, fee sheets, and application.
