Overview
HIC works with Po Leung Kuk (PLK), a registered charity organization in Hong Kong, for Hong Kong inter-country adoption. The children who are in need of a permanent and loving home are under the guardianship of the Hong Kong Social Welfare Department and need to be matched with a suitable family. HIC and PLK arrange inter-country adoption and provide assistance to the children and the adoptive families for the children’s integration into the adoptive families.
